This policy covers "consumer health data" as defined by state laws such as Washington's My Health My Data Act, Nevada's SB 370 and Connecticut's data privacy act: information that identifies you and relates to your physical or mental health, including things like injuries, medication, hormone health, body measurements and sexual health. It sits alongside our privacy policy.
What we collect, and only with your consent
The Consultation's health questions cover injuries and limitations and, if you choose to go deeper, sleep, stress, alcohol, and interest in nutrition, supplements, body testing, hormone health, weight-loss medication or mental health. Before the first one, we ask for your explicit, separate consent and explain what we store and why. Say no and those questions are skipped entirely. Every question in the deeper chapter can be skipped either way.
Reading a page about PrEP, testosterone or anything else in Know is not recorded against you, and we run no advertising pixels on any page.
How we use it
- Only to personalize your plan and the guides and listings we show you.
- Never for advertising, never sold, never shared with partners. When you book a trial or contact a provider through us, we pass on only what you type into that form, and we tell you who receives it.
- Never to push anyone toward medication or treatment.
How we protect it
Health answers are encrypted (AES-256) before they are stored, separately from your other answers and your account details. Only a small number of authorized people can access them, and only for support you've asked for. When you share your plan, the shared view leaves out everything that touches your health.
Your rights
From your account you can download everything we hold, including your health answers; withdraw consent, which deletes them; or delete your account entirely. You can also email hello@fitnessjesus.com. We answer within 30 days, and we don't geofence or track visits to health-care locations.
