Why the name
Because finding the right gym, the right physio and the right advice can feel like it needs a small miracle, and because we couldn't resist. The joke stops there. Everything else here is serious, restrained and checked.
How we choose
Every gym, studio, practitioner and product earns its place on merit. We visit, we book, we read the evidence, and we write down one honest reason it's here. Nobody pays to be picked, and when we earn a commission we say so, right next to the link.
What we will never do
- Sell, prescribe or dispense medication.
- Make a claim that something treats or cures anything.
- Make anyone feel their body is a problem to be fixed.
- Share what you tell us about your health with advertisers.
Who it's for
